GoXplore is the starting point of every adventure - you just put in the destination, and it offers you a variety of places to visit in Bulgaria. It ensures you never miss a place of interest in the area you visit while optimizing your route and saving you lots of research.




GoXplore contacted us when they were writing the code for the app and knew what they wanted - an exciting brand that connects with customers and speaks their language.

Challenge

To help GoXplore build a brand from the get-go that wins over travellers and brings registrations to the platform.

Outcome

In its first three months GoXplore steadily grew a small following, defined its brand and managed to launch its MVP(minimal viable product).

Brand strategy & identity

A few hours into the discovery session, we identified the different users for the app, prioritized the needs and goals of the business and its customers. All this became the foundation for developing the brand and the marketing plan for GoXplore.

Understanding the users

The COVID pandemic hit, and avid travellers could not satisfy their thirst for new countries and experiences. 

GoXplores' users are curious, techy travellers needing new experiences within Bulgaria. We identified the different types of users and created unique user profiles to match each one. It helped paint a picture of their demographics, psychographics and specific needs.

Brand development

We defined the main traits of the brand and how the brand should look and act.

Visual - Optimistic, energetic, curious, practical, organized, full of enthusiasm and love for exploration

Positioning

We defined and positioned GoXplore as the travel platform that helps passionate travellers organize their trips, discover new destinations, and share the joy of discovery.

Landing page design

The landing page’s main goal was to see if there’s interest in the functionality of the app. before the launch of the MVP (minimal viable product). We focused on outlining what GoXplore is about and highlighting the benefits for the users.

UI & UX

Travellers need assistance while they are on the go, and this is why we focused on a mobile-first design for the web app. We had a minimalistic approach, providing functionality only when needed by focusing on the sights and providing the info you need at the tip of your fingers.

Social media & email marketing

The social media & email campaigns focused on supplying the users with travelling suggestions weekly. One would get ideas for breathtaking sights and information about the app features. It's all about building and growing the community of GoXplore.

With the tremendous work from studio Cosmonavt, we managed to turn our dream web application into reality. From the beginning, guys have been perfectly professional, very flexible and understanding our needs. Their efforts and hard work resulted in a beautiful and user-friendly application. The super friendly attitude towards us was the perfect addition to the entire еxperience. We from GoXplore will be forever grateful to Ivena and Todor for giving life into what was an idea for us at the beginning and for standing right next to us during the whole process.
